1) Chapelco (San Martin de los Andes – Argentina)
The
ski resort of Cerro Chapelco is situated in the lovely village of San Martin de
los Andes in Argentina.
It can be reached by direct flights from Buenos Aires
domestic airport (Aeroparque) or by car from Bariloche.
As
direct flights from Buenos Aires are not available on a daily basis in the low
season, a good option is
to fly from Buenos Aires to Bariloche and from there
take a tranfer to San Martin in a 3hour scenic drive.

The payment
of the hospitality fee gives you access to the hospitality area on the end of
the race and to
a traditional lamb grill after the SG in La Parva.
3) Accommodations
Valle Nevado has three hotels and various apartments
Nearest
Airport is the International Airport of Santiago del Chile, about 1 1/2 hours
from Valle Nevado.
For the Masters we have negotiated special rates at Hotel Tres Puntas in Valle Nevado starting
at US$ 120,00 per day (aprox. Euros 86,00) with
breakfast, dinner and the ski pass per person, per night in double rooms.
For your
Chilean (La Parva + Valle Nevado) races we recommend you stay at Tres Puntas Hotel in Valle Nevado
where we have negotiated special prices, but you can also choose to
rent a Condo in La Parva,
stay in a more economic hotel in El Colorado/Farellones or any other place that your travel agent may recommend.
If you do not stay at the resort of the race, be sure to have transportation available for the morning of each race.
In Valle Nevado the special rates for Masters are:
Hotel Tres Puntas:
US$ 120,00 per person per night in double room
US$ 155,00 per night in single room
The above rates are valid for the period Sept 13th to -20th.
Rates Include:
Lodging at Hotel Tres Puntas.
Half board: breakfast and dinner exclusively at Sur restaurant.
Unlimited access to ski lifts. Valid until the check out day.
Welcome cocktail. Every Saturday from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs.
Après ski at Pub Tres Puntas from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs. includes, coffee,
chocolate, tea, and individual snack with sándwich, cookies and cake.
Access to the fitness center. Sauna, exercise room, aerobics and stretching
lessons available.
Outdoor heated pool, game room, pub and planned activities.
Children’s daycare (3 to 7 years old). Schedule: 9:00 13:00 hrs and 14:00
hrs 18:00 hrs (lunch is not included).
Ski lockers.
Ski and snowboard maintenance (repairs not included). Waxing and edge
sharpening only. This is for the guest's own equipment or the ski rental
equipment from Valle Nevado. Maximum one maintenance per person. It is not
available for equipment rented from other places. Ski Teams excluded.
Free Wi-Fi in public areas: Lobby, Pub Tres Puntas and at Sur restaurant.
Guests can retrieve a password at the hotel front desk. This password has a
duration that corresponds with your stay (maximum 7 days, renewable).
